YONAR was founded in Istanbul - Turkiye in 1997 by civil engineer Huseyin Yonar and his sons architect O. Cenk Yonar & architect Cihan Yonar. All of them were strongly committed to developing Turkiye's engineering capabilities to meet the demands of industry.

Beginning with the civil infrastructure construction works, YONAR rapidly took on engineering and construction assignments of increasing sophistication. Today, the company sets global engineering  and construction benchmarks in terms of scale and complexity.

Since its founding in 1997, two generations of YONARs have steered the company through more than 500 projects. Along the way, we established a reputation for undertaking heavyprojects which are big, complex, or remote for others.
